Our job developers and job trainers help place people in jobs and guide them into their chosen world of work. Ongoing job coaching services by Tierra assist individuals retain their job, learn new skills and develop career plans on a path that is individualized to each person served. Tierra maintains long-standing relationships with local employers who understand the wisdom of hiring people from Tierra.
