Advocacy Alzheimer’s Disease Developmental Disabilities Disabilities Estate Planning Late Life Planning Online Parent Group Special Needs Trusts

Join family members of adults with developmental disabilities in an interactive forum with Julie Snyder, Tierra’s Life Planning Navigator and Eric Doran, Manager of UC Irvine’s Down Syndrome MIND Institute. Julie and Eric will answer questions from the previous Summer Series Workshops as well as provide valuable resources specifically addressing areas of life planning and aging for adults with developmental disabilities.
