We only collect personal information that is used solely to fulfill the artwork orders, special event transactions or to make the charitable donations that you place on our site. Access to your personal information is provided only to our employees and agents who have a need to know such information for the purpose of fulfilling our orders. Web Site Log Files
Web site log files are generated that collect the IP address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.
Internet Shopping Cart
Tierra’s Internet shopping cart is verified by IX webhosting, a trusted name in internet security, who verified our credentials and issued us a digital certificate. This certificate assures you that we are in compliance with Internet protection protocol, and is a confirmation that it is safe to shop with us. IX webhosting uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt personal customer information required to complete any transaction. When in doubt, check your address bar to make sure that you see HTTPS:// instead of the non-secure HTTP://configuration. All payments are processed through Authorize.net, one of the most trusted and recognizable payment gateways on the Internet today. Only the purchase price and the credit card information provided by the customer are supplied to Authorize.net. Information collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties. Tierra does not maintain a copy of the credit card information on its servers.
Tierra may maintain subscription e-mailing lists. All users will opt-in to these lists by supplying Tierra with their appropriate e-mail address. Users may unsubscribe from these lists at any time by requesting so via e-mail.
There is no warranty policy at this time. All art work sales are final.
Art sales may be made in person at our local studio/galleries for both framed and unframed art work. For customers that desire art work sales to be shipped, only unframed works will be shipped. These works will be shipped using standard ground shipping. Shipping and handling fees will apply as follows:
- Unframed art work rolled in shipping tube container: Fee $9.95 per tube.
- Multiple artworks may be shipped in one container to same address.
- Gift Certificate sales for our studios are available; there is no shipping fee associated with gift certificate sales.
