Celebrations with Lacey Chabert is a series on the Hallmark Network, which follows actress Lacey Chabert as she celebrates individuals making a positive impact in their community. This season, they are highlighting the outstanding efforts and community contributions of eight leaders from various charities and Tierra’s very own CEO, Rebecca Lienhard, was selected.
