Proxy Parent Foundation (PPF) is a non-profit organization founded in 1991 by parents of children with disabilities. As providers of expert financial, trust, and personal support services to persons living with disabilities, PPF assists them and their families through the creation and operation of a Pooled Special Needs Trust (PSNT).
